Sounds like a recording of an evening in the restaurant to me.
BTW, I very nearly had Thai tonight too ... Made myself the honey teriyaki flavor of the Simply Asia quick noodles meal, which is produced by the Thai Kitchen (http://www.thaikitchen.com/) people (they make some really good microwave Thai noodles).
