The funny thing is that there’s so many other things that never get noted, like every day’s bike rides, or the weekly meditation group and dharma talks, or little Buddhist or solar holidays, or little DargonZine events or accomplishments, and so forth. There’s a bunch of stuff that makes life fun and enjoyable that never gets mentioned, just because it’s not a big “event” as such.
I will say that my life probably sounds more full than it is. I guess if I was honest, I’d say yeah there are some times when I’m just way too slammed to be able to wedge anything else in, but there’s probably an equal number of times when I don’t have anything particular going on, when my activities are more to pass the time than anything I’m deeply committed to.
So I’d say go ahead and take your chances and ping me. The worst that can happen is it’s a bad time, but there’s equal chances we might be able to get together. And then *you’d* be one of those events that fills up my life and gets written about on OrnothLand…
