I'd say there was a quality jump (increase) between 2001 and 2007, and parity between 2007 and 2013. To be honest, I didn't record quantity of items purchased, so I can't really speak to that, tho I'd assume the quantity would be roughly the same each time. And actually, the sequence of purchases was $82, $92, $81, so I can't necessarily make any accurate inferences about cost increases & quality.
