Nono, retweet's when you take someone else's tweet and post it yourself. In a kinda "I like this" sort of way. But if retweets are 80 percent of what you're posting, then you're just a nonentity. Kinda like memesheep.
I don't see an issue having tweets and FB status be duplicated, since they're essentially the exact same info. Unless, of course, you're retweeting, in which case someone else's tweet doesn't represent anything of you.
