Eh, I occasionally reply (I guess this is what you mean by a retweet) to people (but not #groups, because I don't belong to any). I try to keep it to a minimum but then...I don't tweet ALL that much anyway.
I feed tweets to FB, which I pretty much don't otherwise use, so that I don't have to update that latter, but I no longer feed them to my LJ because you're right...nobody needs to see that. ;)
And I agree, I hate FB apps. I'll respond to Superpoke and that's it.
