Yea, I think the quick response to the term "sensualism" is typically to associate it with sexual things. But - your examples are only of positive-emotion-associated sensations. For example, this also applies to what we typically see as 'negative' sensations - like pain, discomfort, cold snow dripping on your neck, etc. From what I see, part of the goal is to disidentify with our conditioned emotions that go with these sensations, and just experience them 'as is', from the perspective that all IS, just as it should be.
And, I would argue, that though it certainly is simple, it is anything but easy (at times)...! :)
