A shot in the dark, part two

Over two months ago, in this post I gave you a one-week opportunity to select any element of my life that you might want me to photograph.

Thanks go to the people who responded. It wasn’t the most creative assignment I’ve ever had, since all the requests were for essentially the same thing. On the other hand, it’s produced a little mini-application that allows you to see a little bit about what my house is like, including, as requested, my favorite view and the contents of my medicine cabinet.

If you have any questions about any of the stuff you see, feel free to ask.

The only thing you asked for that this doesn’t cover is more pictures of me, which hopefully can be fulfilled with this.

Finally, my apologies for how long this took to turn around. Life’s been a bit of a slamdance lately, and my art has suffered because of it!

Hey, thanks, CC! Really, the view was one of the major things that sold me on this place. I think because of the parking lot it may be the only buliding that has an unobstructed view of Newbury from a block away, so you're not in the middle of it. It makes me happy.

Sorry about the banding of the sky, but I wanted to compress the image to a reasonable size. I don't have my own disk farm like you apparently do!

But thanks for all your photos, especially of the cats, and good luck with Bandit. Give her some lovin' for me.

Thanks. Yeah, I try to keep the place clean. I have some big messes, but they're limited in area (like the rolltop desk, and the Puggle's room).

Spacious? It's roomy for one, but a bit tight for two. Which is okay, because the only other roommate I ever wanna have is another cat!

Thanks. Yeah, I wanted to get a nice place to live that would suck up the spare cash I had after the Internet thing, and I guess I found that. I'm kind of a home-oriented hermit type, so it's a real joy to have a place to come home to that's nice. Not that I wouldn't like to change a few things... like that tiny little 70s bathroom... But you get the idear. Thanks for the comment!
