Once upon a time I might have said a wargame store, or a bookstore. Probably these days I think I’d run a bicycle store.

I might have once said sign language, but with the rise in the efficacy of cochlear implants and similar technological solutions, I think the use of sign languages is likely to drop off quite dramatically. I’d probably teach creative writing.
